Jenelle is the Business Operations Head of Pencil Book Philippines. She is the over-all responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business that includes the creation of strategies, implementation of plans and design of workflow. While co-founding this company, she is juggling her career as a corporate banker holding an officer role in an international bank and is currently taking her Master's degree in Business Administration after taking up Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

From standing on principles, sharing idealogies and voicing out opinions regarding politics and government during her college years, it shifted to entrepreneurship and personal finance. Her passion inspired her to help people achieve freedom with their finances and realize that business can open many opportunities in experiencing life's limitless possibilities by sharing knowledge to them.
In between her busy and free time, it's already part of her habit to listen and watch different motivational videos, business podcasts, TedX talks, audiobooks and read non-fictional books relating to business, leadership, positive thinking and self-help as she value continuous learning and personal development.
On a lighter side, she plays badminton and express her thoughts through writing in her blog: jenellespeaks. She loves eating pasta and cakes and at a young age, she is consciously taking care of her health by eating veggies, fruits, avoiding fast food chains and even stopped drinking soft drinks and cold water. She also likes speed when biking and driving.
Celebrate. Celebrate even you're pushed to the ground. Always remember that your lowest moments are preparing you for something grand and great. Your breakthrough is coming!
