A Christmas Tradition

It’s a different feeling every December

‘Cause we usually travel somewhere and get together

Everyone’s there with smiles on our faces

Looking at the tree with presents underneath it

We’ll start thinking of songs to sing in houses

Tuning the guitar, we’ll have coins in our pockets

Then we’d eat together as if there’s no tomorrow

Hugging the ones we love and care, washing away all the sorrow

After that, it’s time for quiet time

As we pray for the One behind all of this

With a grateful heart we’d whisper ‘Happy Birthday Jesus!’

You are the star in our Christmas tradition
