How to make a Character Sketch?

Before we go down to "How to make a Character Sketch list", let us first define the word Character sketch. Character sketch is a form of writing a person's personality and behaviour or how will your character in the story portrays a unique role (LoveToKnow Corp, 2018).

Now that you have a bit overview what Character Sketch let's proceed to the list.

But to give you a heads up, this is not a must on writing a short story. Basically, it will just help you on knowing more on the characters you have written.

Here are 2 things that will help you on making a character sketch:

1.) Physical- You need to elaborate on how will your character look like physically.

Does s/he have curly hair? Has a fair skin? Tall? Short?

Why do you think we need to know this? Because sometimes there is part of the story that will push the story becuase of what s/he or your charcater look like.

2.) Emotional- You need to establish your charcter's attitude towars things.

Is he emotionally stable? Is s/he irritable or patient? You can add up on this section is their past. What was there past? Because their past made them on what they ar today.
